A STAFFORD businessman with commercial experience in the public, private and voluntary sector is urging local firms to increase their value and take control of their lives.
Mike Santopietro owns The Alternative Board in Stafford, a resource helping business owners to achieve their working objectives.
“At The Alternative Board we believe every business owner has the right to expect their business will deliver for them what they want out of life,” said Mr Santopietro.
“Over the last 23 years we’ve worked with thousands of business owners helping them to increase the value of their business and take greater control of their lives.”
He said by bringing together groups of between six and eight non-competing business owners on a monthly basis The Alternative Board offered a safe, confidential environment to share opportunities and challenges and help each other with real-world solutions and advice.
“We support that with some great on line business tools, and a one to one session every month,” he said.
Mr Santopietro has a breadth of experience in areas including finance, premises management, personnel, health and safety and facilities management and supplements his operation experience with more than 10 years strategic planning and implementation in multi-million pound organisations as well as serving as a non-executive director in both the private and third sector.
In 2003 he completed an MSc in local economic regeneration which he obtained with merit through Staffordshire University.
