YOUNG motor bike ace Storm Stacey has been celebrating big time after clinching two championship titles in his first season.
The ten year old Eccleshall rider finished his first year as a novice on his mini moto taking both the FAB-Racing and NMRRC Monster Pro championship crowns.
Stacey, who was up against 34 other riders in both series, has dominated this particular race scene, securing several pole positions and lap records.
Taking in both championships, he also chalked up no fewer than 21 successive race wins, a feat that has never been achieved previously.
In past years these championships have produced the likes of Scott Reading (MOTO2), Bradley Smith (MOTO GP) and Danny Kent (MOTO3).
Next year, Stacey (pictured) will move onto the Winter Series Championship, competing in the MOTO4 and Super MOTO class on different bikes throughout the UK and Spain.
One person playing a key role in Stacey’s success story was “Doc” Thornley who prepared his race bikes.
