Douglas Macmillan Hospice is inviting supporters to bring their furry best friend to their second annual Woofs & Wellies event; which takes place on Sunday 7th September at Park Hall Country Park in Weston Coyney.
The park itself is one of the finest nature reserves in North Staffordshire, and there will be the choice of a challenging 2.5 mile walk or a shorter route suitable for little legs and little paws.
Woofs & Wellies promises to be another great day for entire family, with everyone including the dogs receiving a celebratory medal on completion of the walk.
Liz Clarke, Head of Fundraising commented,
"This is our second Annual Woofs & Wellies event, and we couldn't have picked a more beautiful venue than Park Hall Country Park.
"So get your dog sponsored and come along for a morning to remember for the entire family. All monies raised will help the Hospice maintain our services for adults in North Staffordshire with life limiting conditions."
