A BRIGHT spring morning, complemented by the splendid floral displays of Mark the flower seller, saw the second Staffordshire Newsletter motor event to be held in the town centre.
Supported by Draytons Mercedes and Holdcroft Mazda, the event proved to be a hit with local people and there was a flurry of interest in the new models on display in front of the Shire Hall in Stafford’s Market Square on Saturday.
Tim Rumbelow, the Newsletter’s business manager, said: “People who came to look at the cars seemed genuinely interested in what we were doing.
“The town centre is always a busy place on a Saturday, and plenty of shoppers and visitors stopped for a chat with the dealers and to examine the models on display.
“The show is an opportunity for our dealers to come face to face with the general public.”
