Darts academy invites youngsters to sign up

ON the indoor sports scene, Highfields B continue to set the pace in the Stafford Monday Crib League.

They have a two-point advantage over nearest challengers Dormans, with Radford B a further six points down in third spot.

Chasing down the top three are Highfields A and White Eagle, who are locked on the same points in fourth and fifth places respectively.

In the sport of DARTS, youngsters in the Stafford, Stone and Rugeley areas are invited to join a new academy in Cannock.

Rileys is the venue for the Steve Brown Darts Academy that runs tournaments locally and nationwide.

The Cannock academy is planning to develop a youth league for 16-25 year olds for budding Phil Taylors. The academy meet every Wednesday at 6.30pm.
