A NEW pizza chain is aiming to take a slice of Stafford’s takeaway action by opening a new store on Stone Road creating twenty five jobs in the county town.

Papa John’s is spending £200,000 on its newest store which will open up just before Christmas. They are currently recruiting for delivery drivers, pizza makers and store assistants to work at the new outlet.

Franchisee Buta Singh Chatha said: "I'm delighted that we have managed to secure premises in Stafford and have the opportunity to provide Papa's pizzas to people in the area. “A number of employment opportunities will be created by the new outlet and available for local residents."
