Giant Eggs

Can you find the giant Easter eggs hidden around Shugborough's stunning spring gardens? Find all nine eggs, crack the eggy code, then receive a lovely Easter chocolate treat. Small additional charge of £2 per person. (Available from Wednesday 16th April from the Servants' Quarters reception).

Spring Flowers

Our mansion house will be filled with stunning displays of spring flowers over Easter Weekend. The arrangements are produced by volunteers from Weston Coyney Flower Club.

Baking

Elsewhere across the estate, traditional Easter activities will be taking place including Easter baking in the working kitchens at the Servants' Quarters and Farm.

Easter Trails

Spring trails for families in the mansion house, servants' quarters and Farm. Find the hidden bunnies, chicks and ducks.

At the farm, find the ducks hidden around the farmhouse and other areas. There will also be a drop in easter craft activity.

At the Servants' Quarters, can you guess what's in the egg at the reception desk? Find the bunnies hidden around the rooms.

In the Mansion House, older children are invited to hunt for animals on our paintings and artefacts. Younger children can look for the chicks hiding in sneaky places.

Spring Babies

Meet the newborn animals at the farm including our beautiful rare breed spring lambs. Help out with bottle feeding and watch as we milk goats! See a video of the new arrivals on the farm here!

The Wilderness

Build a den, complete our blindfold trail, clamber on logs and create your own natural hanging decorations.

The Walled Garden

Don’t forget to dress the scarecrows in the Walled Garden!
