POTENTIAL carers can find out more about fostering in Rugeley and Stafford this week.
It is the second week of Foster Care Fortnight and Staffordshire County Council's fostering team is hosting roadshows to highlight the urgent need for foster carers in the county.
This year they are focusing on the need for families who can provide long-term care.
Councillor Mike Lawrence said: "Right now in Staffordshire there are children of all ages who need long-term safe and secure homes. And we need local families who are willing to foster them.
Anyone interested in finding out more about fostering can meet the team at Rugeley's Brook Square tomorrow and Staffordshire County Show on Wednesday and Thursday, May 29.
