STAFFORD and Stone folk will find tips for healthy eating on the menu at a series of workshops at a pop-up restaurant.
The Bistro in Stafford College will offer customers a freshly made three course meal as part of Healthy Eating Week, which starts tomorrow.
It will aim to give them an idea of which ingredients to buy and what to make for £10.
The college meals will be between 12pm and 1pm from Tuesday to Friday, October 11.
Councillor Frank Finlay, cabinet member for environment and health, said: “The health and well being of our community is one of our top priorities and during this national week we are keen to promote some interesting and different ways to improve our diets.
“The week will give people the opportunity to learn how easy it can be to cook a more health meals without it being too expensive and without having to be a top chef to achieve it.”
