MORE criminals could be forced to apologise and make amends for their crimes and even marched to cash points to pay back their victims in Staffordshire, a police boss says. Police and Crime Commissioner Matthew Ellis has agreed funding for another year for a neighbourhood justice panel co-ordinator and training for 26 more volunteers to add to the 27 already in place.
