THE Staffordshire Newsletter is a weekly paid-for newspaper covering Stafford, Stone and Rugeley. Published on Thursdays, it has a circulation of 15,124 (independently audited - Jul-Dec 2009). The only paid-for weekly in Stafford, it is also the longest established newspaper in the town. The county town of Stafford lies in the north of the West Midlands, between Wolverhampton and Stoke-on-Trent.
