Eco-friendly groups across Stafford are being invited to show off their green credentials by entering into a yearly competition.
The 16th annual green awards, run by Stafford Borough Council, recognise schools, businesses and groups that can show good environmental practice.
Entries are judged on energy efficiency, recycling and community awareness, with winners receiving their awards from Stafford Mayor, Stan Highfield, at a ceremony later in the year.
Open to any group within the borough, the competition plays a vital role in the council’s environmental agenda.
