STAFFORD Rangers Juniors under-10s fought back to take the spoils in a thrilling Mid Staffs Junior League clash against Penkridge Juniors on Sunday.
The outcome was a 4-3 success for Rangers, but not before Penkridge had opened the scoring.
But Rangers were soon level when a shot from Logan Masters deflected off the Penkridge keeper to James Black who made no mistake.
Penkridge restored their advantage, only for Boro to hit back again and equalise through Masters with a fine solo effort.
Just before half-time, Penkridge moved ahead for a third time, then Rangers keeper Taylor O’Brien had to react superbly to deny the opposition just after the restart.
It was from a corner that Rangers levelled for a third time through Black. The Rangers winner followed good work by Mack Lewis and Masters, with Rhys Chilton adding the finishing touch.
