STAFFORD Rangers' home match against Blyth Spartans is on despite this week's downpours.

The EVO-STIK Northern Premier League match is due to kick off at the Marston Road ground at 3pm today after the pitch passed an 8am inspection.

Match officials are hoping there will be no more significant rainfall until the scheduled kick-off. They say the ground does need some tidying due to wind damage and are appealing to fans able to help to come down to the ground.
