A-Level results day: students reminded of right to see how results were marked

STUDENTS are being reminded they have a right to see how their A levels and GCSEs were marked.

The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) says under the Data Protection Act students can ask to see information including: a breakdown of their marks, examiners’ comments and minutes of examination appeals panels.
