Lichfield Cathedral's Girl Choristers are giving a concert to raise funds for their visit to Rome this summer.

The concert, in Lichfield Cathedral on Saturday May 10, includes Vaughan Williams' Five Mystical Songs and the famous opening movement from Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater in Lichfield Cathedral on Saturday May 10.

The Girl Choristers will be embarking on a tour to Rome in July and proceeds from this concert will go towards this venture.

The Girl Choristers were formally enrolled as members of the Choral Foundation in September 2012 and enjoy a full part in the life of the music-making of the Cathedral.
