Michael Andrew Bull, 43, of Pennycrofts Court, Corporation Street, Stafford, denied assaulting a police constable, damaging a body camera and obstructing a constable on duty on February 5. The case was adjourned to May 13 for trial at Cannock Magistrates‘ Court.. He was given bail.

Terence Donald Paul Coffey, 39, of Woodford End, Cannock, pleaded guilty to stealing headphones adaptors worth £110 from O2 in Stafford. Sentencing was adjourned to March 6 at Cannock Magistrates’ Court. He was given bail.

Benjamin Davies, 19, of De Havilland Drive, Yarnfield, admitted driving a car on the A34 at Trentham without insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence on February 9. He was banned from driving for six months, fined £200, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Paul Stanley Hough, 33, of Swallow Close, Rugeley, was sent for trial at Stafford Crown Court on June 4. He is charged with possessing cannabis on July 16 last year and supplying a quantity of cannabis between January 1999 and October 17, 2013. He was given bail.

Changeez Khan, 54, of Chime Bank, Crumpsall, Manchester, admitted dishonestly making off without paying for £48.52 petrol in Stafford on February 8. He was fined £110, ordered to pay £48.52 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Liam King, 18, of Rotten Row, Lichfield, admitted using threatening, abusive and insulting words on February 6. He was fined £175, ordered to pay £50 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Emma Louise Haylor, 36, of Rickerscote Avenue, Stafford, admitted driving with excess alcohol in Astoria Drive, Stafford, on September 17 last year. She was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £310, ordered to pay a £31 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

Ben Street, 29, of Swansmoor Drive, Hixon, is charged with causing unnecessary suffering to a horse and failing to take reasonable steps to ensure a horse was protected from pain at Wheaton Aston on March 22 last year. The case was adjourned to April 14.

Jonathan Anthony Bennett, 24, of Bentor Road, Liverpool, had his case sent for trial at Stafford Crown Court on June 2. He is charged with possessing cocaine and 200 tablets of methylenedioxymethylamphetamine at Weston Park on August 16 last year. He was given bail.

Benjamin William Bruno Davies, 30, of Merivale Road, Stafford, is charged with conspiring to supply cocaine, producing a quantity of cannabis, two counts of possessing cocaine, possessing the drug BZP, possessing cannabis with intent to supply and possessing diamorphine with intent to supply on July 3 last year. His case was sent for trial at Stafford Crown Court on June 2. He was given bail.
