AS FESTIVAL-GOERS flock to Weston Park traffic is building on the M6 in South Staffordshire.
Queues to exit on the southbound slip road at Junction 12 stretched back to Junction 13, at South Stafford and Penkridge, by 9am this morning.
Delays were also reported on the A5 westbound, between Gailey Island and Pickmere Island.
The northbound slip road at Junction 12 is closed to control traffic to the V Festival at Weston Park. Motorists travelling to the site are instead advised to leave the northbound M6 at Junction 10a and take the M54 and A41.
