Extensive searches are taking place in the surrounding area.

Chief Inspector Steve Morrey, Cannock Chase Local Policing Team Commander, said: "We are continuing to make inquiries to locate Stephen and we are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.

"We believe he is still in the area and would urge anyone who thinks they may have seen him to contact us immediately. Due to his car's location we are appealing to walkers and bikers using the Chase to keep an eye out for him."
