A £315,000 project to improve one of Stafford’s main residential roads has started.
The first phase of the Rickerscote Road upgrade, from School Lane to Silkmore Lane, began today.
New kerbs will be installed and improvements made to the footpaths and drainage system.
The second phase will involve resurfacing the carriageway.
