HAIRDRESSERS are hoping to cut it as runners this weekend as they join in the Stafford Half Marathon.

Five of the hairdressing team, including Frank Dellicompagni, from Francesco Group’s salon in Weeping Cross, will take part on Sunday.
They are pounding the pavements to pull in pounds for the Moira Fund, a grant-making charity, which helps those traumatically bereaved by the murder of a loved one.
It was set up in memory of Moira Jones, from Weston, who was murdered in Glasgow in 2008.
Salon staff are supporters of the charity, which also has links with salon manager Becky Whitehouse, a relative of Moira. They are hoping to raise more than £500.
