A GANG of teenagers attacked and robbed a 35-year-old man as he cycled near Pennycrofts Court in Stafford on Monday (Oct 1) night.

The man was cycling on a path behind Coniston House at 6pm, when an unknown item was thrown at his bike causing him to fall to the floor, and he was attacked by three males who stole £20 from his trouser pocket.
The man suffered bruising to his face and body in the attack.
The group included four males and one female. The female is described as white, 15 to 16, 5ft 9in to 5ft 11in, slim build with long bleached blond hair tied back in a red bobble and was wearing black trousers, a red and yellow fleece jacket and black high heels.
One of the male offenders is described as white, 15 to 16, 5ft 8in, slim build with short dark cropped hair, a small scar on his right cheek under his eye and one ear bigger than the other. He was wearing blue Reebok tracksuit bottoms a grey t-shirt and a dark blue tracksuit top.
The other three male offenders are described as aged 15 to 16, slim build and all approximately 5ft 8in.
Police are urging anyone with information on the incident to contact DC Helen Cooper on 101 quoting incident number 573 of October 1 or call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
