STAFFORD Olympian Alison Williamson was at Buckingham Palace by royal command to collect her MBE.

The archer, who has competed at six Olympic Games, received the accolade yesterday from Princess Anne.
Alison said: "She said she saw me in 2004 as she watched my bronze-medal match in Athens."
Joining Alison for the occasion were fiance Will Conaghan, mum Sue and niece Eleanor Mansell, nine.
An excited Alison was also looking forward to taking a DVD of her big day to her father Tom who is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment at Shrewsbury Hospital.
He was diagnosed with cancer shortly after the London 2012 Games.
Alison - who celebrated her 41st birthday on Saturday - said: “It’s an honour and a privilege and I am so glad mum could be there - but my niece was probably the most excited of all of us.”
Alison was styled for the occasion by House of Fraser, Birmingham and sported an aquamarine dress and coat from Spanish fashion house Caramelo.
