LITTERBUGS have been warned to clean up their act after a Rugeley man was fined for dropping a cigarette end.
David Yates of Durham Drive was ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £180 by Stafford magistrates after pleading guilty to littering.
He was caught by Cannock Chase Council’s Environmental Enforcement team but had not paid a £75 fixed penalty notice issued by the council.
