The meeting, to discuss the Plan for Stafford Borough - which sets out the vision, key objectives, development strategy, strategic development, locations and policies for future development in the area – is set to take place on Monday, February 25 at 7.30pm.

A spokesman for Gnosall Parish Council said: “The parish of Gnosall has been identified as one of the eleven key service villages in the plan.”

She said the copies of the plan were available to inspect or take away free of charge at Stafford Borough Council’s offices and could also be viewed online at www.staffordbc.gov.uk/publication.

“Comments on this document are required by noon on 28th February,” she said. “Only comments received by this date will be taken into consideration when preparing the plan for Stafford Borough.”

She said residents from Gnosall, Moreton, Bromstead, Outwoods and Knightley, would be advised at the meeting how to respond and add their comments to the response submitted by the parish council.
