Illegal fly-tippers dumping rubbish in Milford and Newport

RESIDENTS of Stafford Borough are being urged to shop thoughtless fly-tippers blighting the area.

Stafford Borough Council’s Grime Watch website is regularly updated with pictures of unresolved rubbish dumping and members of the public are encouraged to get in touch if they can help catch those responsible.

A large amount of laurel hedge clippings including some conifer cuttings and a bucket, wooden pallet and a bag of wood were recently found in The Cutting, on Brocton Road Milford.

Additionally, a large quantity of household waste including mattresses, carpets, cardboard and children’s items were found on the lane off Walkley Bank in Meretown near Newport.
