I FEEL I must write in defence of Stafford Hospital. I have been getting increasingly annoyed with the small group that seems to be determined to bring the hospital down. I do feel sorry for their losses but wish they could do something positive to help the hospital instead of bringing it to its knees.
I have been a regular visitor to the hospital over the last two years as I have been caring for my elderly inlaws.
who have both spent spells there.
My 84-year-old mother-in-law passed away there in October. The staff were wonderful and couldn’t have done more. Don’t let’s knock these wonderful people as they do their best looking after an ageing population. I want to keep our hospital and say a big thank you to all the great staff.
