A BY-ELECTION will be held in the Coton ward of Stafford on May 2 following the death of Councillor Tony Welch.
Nominations for potential candidates open on Monday and will be closed at 12pm on April 5.
People can pick up nomination packs from the Civic Centre in Riverside. Councillor Welch died in February aged 73.
He had represented the ward since 2007.
