STONE Post Office is crossing the road to a new venue which will provide a seven day service.
The branch is moving from its current High Street premises into the Co- operative food store next month.
The move will add an extra 32 hours’ Post Office service per week for customers, including Saturday afternoons and Sundays and follows a six-week consultation.
Post Office regional network manager for central England, Adrian Wales, said: “We are confident that this new modern Post Office will meet the needs of the local community and secure services for the future.”
