AN ASPIRING model from Rugeley has set engines revving after wining a place on the 2012 Bennetts Babes Squad.
25-year-old Siobhan Knight earned the coveted spot as one of the official ambassador’s to Bennetts – a bike insurance firm – and will join Dancing on Ice and Hollyoaks star Jorgie Porter and seven other girls in the squad, attending trade shows and taking part in the modelling and marketing assignments making up the companies 2012 advertising campaign.
Siobhan said: “I’m so happy to have been picked for the squad, as I know from attending the castings that the competition was tough.
“I’ve always been a fan of the Bennetts Babes and it was great fun to meet Jorgie at the unveil,” she said. ”I now can’t wait for what lies ahead.”
One of Siobhan’s first duties in her new role was to get together with Jorgie and the other seven girls to model the ”biker-chic” 2012 Bennetts Babes uniforms.
With 2012 marking the ninth year aspiring models from across the country have competed for the opportunity to be a Bennetts Babe, Siobhan will be following in the footsteps of Lauren Pope and Maria Fowler from The Only Way is Essex and Big Brother 2010 winner Sophie Reade.
