A BUSY road near Stone was closed this morning after a car came off the road and two others collided within half an hour of each other.
Police were first called to the B5027 Uttoxeter Road, near the crossroads with the B5066 Sandon Road, shortly after 6am after a silver Volkswagen Polo left the carriageway.
At 6.45am two other cars, a silver Vauxhall Vectra and grey Citroen C4, were in collision on the same road.
The road was closed for the vehicles to be recovered and gritted, but no-one involved in the two incidents was injured.
