WANNABE Robin Hoods will be flocking to Stafford Castle this summer to try their hand at archery.
The ‘have a go’ event runs on the first Sunday of every month up until October and allows visitors a chance to practice their longbow skills.
And this year as an added attraction staff at the castle are organising a new adult’s longbow-making course in June.
Entry to the castle is free, with five arrows costing £1, and many other things to do including trying on arms and armour in the museum, exploring the medieval castle or just enjoying a walk around the woodland trail.
