STAFFORD Players have issued a plea for a new home for their sets.

The award-winning drama group have to vacate their current storage facility in the new year and are on the lookout for a large building where they can store and build sets.

Geoff Dobbs, who builds the company's sets, said: "We are hoping we can find some benevolence.

"Ideally we need sufficient space to both store our considerable equipment and somewhere to build a set for a play."
