FORMER Stafford Rangers boss Greg Clowes is back in football management.
Clowes, who was dismissed by Rangers at the beginning of September, after 27 months in charge at Marston Road, is the new man at the helm of Market Drayton Town, who are bottom of Evo-Stik division one South.
He moves into the Greenfields Sports ground with Dorrian Garner, who was his assistant at Stafford, and both will be in charge for Market Drayton's trip to Bedworth on Saturday.
Clowes succeeds Lee Ebden whose contract was terminated at around the same time the former left Rangers.
Market Drayton have won just two league games out on 15 so far this season.
Clowes, who led Rangers to Walsall Senior Cup success last season, began his third campaign at Stafford with seven straight league defeats, a sequence that led to his sacking after a 3-0 away defeat at Chorley on September 7.
