Jack Albert Carr, 22, of Marston Grove, Stafford, pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine on June 1. He was fined £345, ordered to pay a £35 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. Wayne Paul Sandford, 30, of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with an order made under the sexual offences order between May 27 and June 13. He was jailed for 17 weeks. Mark Patrick Worthington, 38, of Greyfriars, Stafford, is charged with assault with the intention of committing a sexual offence and assaulting and detaining a woman against her will on June 14. He was sent for trial at Stafford Crown Court on July 7. David Plant, 56, of Littleworth Road, Hednesford, pleaded guilty to dishonestly making off from the Shell Service Station in Eccleshall Road, Stafford, without paying on February 14 and dishonestly making off without paying at the Shell Service Station in Fillbrooks, Stone, on February 21. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £139. 23 compensation £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Gary John Carthy, 63, of Rising Brook, Stafford, admitted failing to comply with an order made under the sexual offences act between June 1 and 16. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Jason Lee Bates, 31, of Porlock Avenue, Stafford, admitted driving on the A518 Weston Road at more than the 30 mph speed limit on September 19 last year. He was fined £185, given three points on his licence and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 costs. Ricki Lane, 54, of Mount Street, Stone, pleaded guilty to driving on the A518 Weston Road at more than 30 mph on September 19 last year. He was fined £70, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and given three poitns on his licence. Thomas James Roper, 20, of Milton Grove, Highfields, Stafford, admitting breaching a community order. He was ordered to do 25 hours community work and to pay £60 costs. Elizabeth Stokes, 40, of Poplar Way, Stafford, admitted driving above the 30 mph speed limit in Avon Road, Cannock, on September 20 last year. She was fined £100, given three points and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Robert Michael Yates, 42, of Sidney Avenue, Stafford, pleaded guilty to driving on the A34 Stone Road in Tittensor above the 40 mph speed limit on September 19 last year. He was fined £65, given three points on his licence and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
