John McDonagh, 29, of Northwood Caravan Park, Winterbourne, Bristol, admitted stealing four boxes of Ferrero Rocher chocolates and air fresheners worth £43.94 from BP in Stone on August 1. He was fined £80, ordered to pay £43.94 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Thomas James McDonagh, 32, of Owl End Walk, Peterborough, pleaded guilty to dishonestly making off without paying for £5.02 petrol and stealing a phone charger worth £10 from BP on August 1. He was fined £180, ordered to pay £5.02 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Illya Priddey, 48, of Newport Road, Stafford, admitted stealing a bicycle worth £200 in Stafford on July 10. He was fined £70, ordered to pay £200 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Christine Anyta Lynda Nicklin, 56, of Saxon Road, Penkridge, pleaded guilty to failing to supply a specimen of breath on August 4 in New Penkridge Road. He was given a 12-month community order, including 100 hours unpaid work, banned from driving for 21 months, ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

George Alexander Jones, 38, of Tennyson Road, Stafford, admitted destroying a Baird television worth £700 from Bright House in Stafford on July 25. He was fined £110, ordered to pay £350 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Lee Norman Pope, 32, of North Avenue, Stafford, pleaded guilty to damaging a Ford Fiesta, causing £130 damage to a Vauxhall Corsa, damaging a Renault 5 and attempting to damage a Fiat Coupe in Stafford on July 29. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Zane Xenephone Sutton, 32, of Alder Grove, Stafford, admitted damaging a Ford Fiesta and attempting to damage a Fiat Coupe in Stafford on July 29. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jade Carol Hayward, 24, of Fair View, Rugeley, pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol in Brook Road, Stafford, on August 2. She was fined banned from driving for 15 months, fined £205, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Philip David Costello, 50, of Newman Grove, Rugeley, admitted using threatening words or behaviour in Rugeley and throwing a chair during a police interview at Watling Street Police Station on July 26. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a £25 victim surcharge, £80 costs.

Neil Gary Haynes, 51, whose address is care of Trinity Church, Stafford, admitted using threatening words or behaviour in Stafford on July 30. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Michael John Phillips, 27, of Marston Road, Stafford, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Market Square, Stafford, on July 30. He was fined £85, ordered to pay a £20 victims surcharge and £85 costs.
