POLICE have arrested five teenagers following a spate of criminal damage to vehicles in Rugeley.
Officers were called to the Coppice Road area late on Friday night after receiving a call from a member of the public.
Inquiries established that at least eight vehicles in the Coppice Road and Queensway areas of the town had had their wing mirrors damaged.
The teenagers, two aged 17 and three aged 16, are all from Rugeley. They have been bailed to a date in April pending further inquiries.
Anyone whose car has been damaged or who saw any suspicious activity in the area at the time, should call police on 101 quoting incident number 846 of February 21, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
