MP AIDAN Burley’s Conservative successor is set to be chosen by party members tomorrow.

The Cannock Chase MP announced earlier this year that he would not be standing for re-election in next year’s General Election.

The 35-year-old attracted the largest voter swing from Labour to Conservative in the country in the 2010 elections, but the following year was embroiled in scandal for his involvement in a friend’s Nazi-themed stag party.

The next Conservative Parliamentary candidate for Cannock Chase will be selected at a party meeting tomorrow at 2pm.
