TWO local food producers have tasted sweet success in this year's Heart of England Fine Food Diamond Awards.

Just Crisps, near Rugeley, took the top spot in the snacks category for its jalapeno crisps and won the Special "Grow" Diamond Award with a focus on export.

Managing director of the family firm Anthony Froggatt said: "We are thrilled to win another Diamond Award from HEFF for Just Crisps.

This recognises the hard work and commitment that goes into producing a great-tasting Staffordshire crisp," he said.
