ECCLESHALL remain third bottom in the North West Counties division one after a 3-1 away defeat at West Didsbury and Chorlton on Tuesday night.

It was stalemate until the 63rd minute when an own goal gave the hosts the lead. Scott Jones then added a second goal on 72 minutes, only for Eccleshall to pull one back through Dan Jones.
But there was no joy for the Eagles, who conceded a third goal on 86 minutes, again scored by Scott.
