SHOPPERS in Stafford gathered outside Cash Converters to witness staff get soaked as part of the viral ice bucket challenge.
The store, on Princes Street, took on the challenge on Saturday, August 30, as part of a special end of the month fun day, which saw staff dress as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Mike Dugmore, store manager, said: “We wanted to take part in the ice bucket challenge to raise money for charity.
“Quite a crowd gathered to watch the ninja turtles turn in to terrapins! The day was also a goodbye celebration for our general assistant Zoe Hale, who is leaving for pastures new. It was all a bit of fun for a very good cause and gave her a great send off to remember!”
