STAFFORD Rangers conceded five goals in a league game for the second time in three matches away to Witton Albion on Saturday.
This match was virtually all over inside the opening 20 minutes as Witton hit lowly Rangers with a four-goal blast, one of the goals from former Boro striker Neville Thompson.
Rangers boss Andy Mutch introduced another new face in 27-year-old midfielder Matthew Burke from Ashton United.
He made his debut, but his new side found themselves trailing by three goals after just 15 minutes.
Dan Andrews put Witton ahead on three minutes, then Dave Walker made it 2-0 with just ten minutes gone.
Thompson added a third after quarter of an hour, before Walker netted his scond and Witton's fourth with 19 minutes gone.
On 67 minutes, Thompson made it a nap hand for Witton, leaving Rangers without a single point in seven league games on their travels so far this season.
Rangers' scheduled home game against high riding Skelmersdale on Tuesday night has now been put back until Saturday, November 2 (3pm).
Both clubs had a free date next weekend after being knocked out of the FA Trophy.
