STAFFORD Rangers' scheduled league game away to FC United of Manchester has been postponed due to a waterlogged piutch.

The hosts play their home matches at Bury's Gigg Lane ground, but the fixture was called off early on Saturday morning. The club's now await a new date for the re-arranged match.

Next match for Rangers is a home game against Blyth Spartans on Saturday, February 15 (3pm). Last month, Rangers crashed 6-2 away to Blyth in an Evo-Stik Premier fixture.

Also a victim of the extreme weather on Saturday were Eccleshall FC, whose home North West Counties division one match against Formby was postponed for similar reasons.
