GLASSMAKER Kim Bramley (pictured) from Sandon, Stafford is exhibiting at her first exhibition in Germany - in a group show at Galerie Rosenhauer in Gottingen.
“Since I am half German; my mother comes from the very north of Germany - I am very happy to have my work shown there,” says Kim.
“I hope this is the beginning of a trend for my work to be exhibited more widely into Europe.
Kim Bramley trained in fashion and textile design at Saint Martins School of Art, London, working internationally as a freelance designer until re-training in kiln-formed glass techniques.
For well over a decade she has evolved several contrasting series of glasswork into jewellery, bowls, plates and wall panels for exhibitions, interiors and architectural commissions as well as a collection of finely crafted diamond wheel cut glass decorations for Christmas.
