A RETIRED lecturer from Stafford has co-written a book about 3D photography after impressing a professor with his knowledge. Geoff Ingram, 76, from Silverthorn Way, Wildwood, has contributed to the publication Techniques and Principles in Three-Dimensional Imaging: An Introductory Approach. The former metallurgy lecturer at Sandwell College self-published a book in 2001 about stereo photography, called Magical Images. It was seen by Martin Richardson, professor of holography at Leicester’s DeMontfort University, who asked him to contribute to this new title.  "It is very exciting and an honour to be asked to be part of the book," said Mr Ogram.
