ROTARY CLUB: In the absence due to holidays of the stewards at the Cob Club in Stafford the members enjoyed fish and chips bought in from the local chippie.

METHODIST CHURCH: There will be a Pastoral Morning on Saturday February 1 in the church hall from 10 am until 12 noon. Open to anyone - pastoral visitors and anyone who has an interest in the pastoral life of the church. The Splash group of Sunday Club are looking for a volunteer leader once a month from February. A parishioner who attends St John’s church in Harbourne is looking for someone in this area who has a spare room they are willing to make available to her for six months starting in March. Kate Shelley is a trainee paediatrician who has been allocated a six month rotation at Stafford hospital. Her request can be viewed on the notice board or contact email@example.com . Parishioners can join a five mile walk on Saturday starting from the Four Alls at Tyrley near Market Drayton. The walk is mainly flat with few styles. Meet at the church at 9.15am.
