Anyone seen a gang of thieves carrying a very large wheel along the A50?

It's a sight that would stick in your mind - they had just unscrewed it from a lorry.

Staffordshire police are appealing for witnesses after the theft from a lorry near Blythe Bridge.

Thieves struck between 8.45pm on Tuesday April 1 and 5.45am on Wednesday April 2 while the lorry was parked in a layby on the westbound carriageway of the A50, just before the turning for Blythe Bridge.
