BANK holiday fun at Trentham includes the chance to meet the man behind the estate's fairy trail.
There are 15 fairies to spot in the gardens and on Monday visitors can meet the creator of the sculptures, Robin Wright, who will talk about the fairies as well as giving demonstrations on how he makes them.
Last month a visitor's photograph of his latest creation – the life-sized fairy Wishes, went viral, getting millions of views and making headlines around the world.
Meanwhile on Saturday The Rock 'n' Roll show in the lakeside amphitheatre aims to get crowds out of their deckchairs dancing to hits from the 50s and 60s.
Other activities on offer include how to make dens from natural materials on the wilderness survival skills workshops. A Royal Society for the Protection of Birds workshop will offer tips on how to make bug boxes from materials found on the ground.
Staffordshire Wildlife Trust will be hosting bug hunts, nature trails and scavenger hunts and the climbing wall and assault course will be open in the adventure playground.
Visitors can also take a barefoot walk, a boat trip or a horse-drawn carriage ride.
