FUNDRAISERS hoping to restore a Penkridge church organ are inviting supporters to a coffee morning tomorrow (January 31)

There has been an organ in St Michael's Church since at least the 17th Century, but the current organ, extended to its present size in the 1880s, is now in a frail state.

A Pipe Organ Restoration Appeal is currently raising funds and its next event will be a coffee morning tomorrow at The Cross keys Public House in Filance Lane from 10am onwards. There will be a cake stall, refreshments and a raffle.
