TIRED, smiling and eager to go again… that was how music fans emerged from Staffordshire’s V Festival.

A group from Cumbria were making their way through Victoria Park on Monday morning following a weekend of excitement.

Denise Dixon, 34, from Cumbria, said: “Ed Sheeran was amazing, as well as Justin Timberlake, The Killers and Kaiser Chiefs. We were surprised by Rizzle Kicks – they were really good.

“The weather was good, we just had a bit of rain this morning. It was the first time we went to V Festival. I think it will now be an annual event.”
